I am a registered yoga instructor (RYT 200) and completed my training through the Karuna Yoga Program which focuses on compassionate yoga practice. I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of their age, level of fitness, or physical ability.
I have found immense personal gain through regular yoga practice including relief from anxiety, and pain associated with endometriosis. I find great joy in sharing the extensive benefits that yoga can provide to everyone. Yoga is not only a great form of physical exercise. It can also provide emotional, spiritual, and mental benefits as well.
Even a few minutes a day can have a profoundly positive impact. Yoga is a great way to get that much needed 'me time' when you need a break from the chaotic pace of life.
I strive to bring yoga to you both in a physical sense by coming to your location, and a more metaphorical sense by meeting you where you are in your practice and meeting your own individual needs.
In addition to teaching yoga, I am a wife and mother of two. While much of my current focus is on bringing the benefits of yoga to children, I also enjoy offering yoga in the workplace to promote a sense of unity, relaxation, and productivity. My favorite place to practice yoga is outdoors, where I can get a truly multisensory experience.

Yoga is beneficial for both the mind and body and can promote self-awareness, positive self-image, increase focus, and provide the foundation for well-rounded healthy lifestyle.
